HOLISTIC STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
Tailored Learning for Every Student
Each student learns differently, and it is our commitment to provide a rigorous and differentiated learning experience for all students within an environment that fosters curiosity, discovery, creativity, and problem-solving. We believe that children are capable learners who learn best when they feel safe, respected, and loved. As a Christian school, we see each child as being made unique and wonderful by God, and it is our responsibility and joy to give them every opportunity to grow and flourish in their God-given gifts and talents.
Cultivating Excellence in Character and Conduct
High expectations of student character and conduct are cultivated across the College. High academic achievement is an admirable goal yet may be unattainable for some. For all students, Dunsborough Christian College gives precedence to a positive attitude toward learning progress, personal character development, spiritual formation, and empathetic service. A significant aspect of our school culture includes regular participation in school and local community service opportunities.

Students are expected to demonstrate appropriate self-management and respectful interactions as developmentally appropriate, set personal learning and character goals, work independently and collaboratively when required, and wear the College uniform with pride. Suitable personal, physical, and academic challenges will be presented to promote persistence, resilience, and problem-solving.

Spiritual Formation
Our ministry, as detailed in the CCM Statement of Faith, is a Christ-centred, service-oriented, Bible-based, prayerful learning community that has at its core a ministry of presenting a Biblical worldview that worships God as Creator and Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord. We present Jesus and His good news through explicit teaching and the way we conduct ourselves. In class and whole-school gatherings, students explore themes such as the character of God, personal identity, relationships, and our connection to creation. Our educators foster qualities such as confidence, resilience, persistence, respect, compassion, generosity, and a positive contribution to society.
